When you arrange your visit to your home  we will ask you to provide certain information. This information will be recorded on the order invoice document and our services will be carried out at the address you specify. If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information or instructions, we may cancel the visit and Service by informing you in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to accept our team If you are not, there must be an adult available who is capable of receiving our team on your behalf, and you agree that we can rely on their instructions as if they were your own.


Our team staff are not permitted to Carry out any duty at your property without an authorisation from rubsinteriordesignandfixing,as they are not allowed to do so.if for any reason a client or someone at the property ask them to do so Rubsinteriordesignandfixing will not be reliable for any damages (unless you have informed our customer Service to authorise the team to do what u have instructed or  contact the Customer Service  for another appointment.

Note as part off our services.some job required we providing materials to get the job done we required 80% of payment before placing order for materials to get your job done,Note this deposit is non refundable after 14 days.before the job is completed we required the full balance to be paid in full.someTimes depending on the client we may ask for all payment to be paid in full before the start of the job.in most case if for any reason there is a dispute before the job gets started and we are not able to work for the Client in question.we will do a full refund and a 10% administration fee will be taken before the refund.note the 10% only applies if we have visited the Clint home for consultation and advice.

However, if we do make a mistake we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible, and if we spot that an error has affected your product that was supplied we’ll do our best to let you know.

Pictures and images on our website are for product display purposes only. For an accurate description of any product and details of what is included with the product,please contact our team for more information such us measurements and quotation as all our products are made to measurement

We will do our best to advise on phone but all quotation have to be provided after Home visit and measurement has been taken

Returns and Cancellation

You can return any unassembled  or Unfabricated product within 14 days,if your insulation of any Assembled or fabricated product has been installed and they is any problems or manufacturer damage within the 14 days period,subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions. RubsinteriorDesignandfixing
will provide a revisit to your home to fixe any damage products or replace them,for product returned or complaints after 14 days is unacceptable as all our product are fabricated and made to size and measurement,if we have to send a team to your home after 14 days,You are responsible for any costs and material charges to get the job don and depending on the damages of services and product that was provided and carried out at your home.This includes any interiordesigning & General construction work,TVmedia walls & inbuit wardrobes & any order made to size  product installed at your home.Note they will be a wait time on any call back that is made after the 14 days.it is an optional Service not guaranteed that we will visit your home.if we so choose to do so The wait time is 12  to 24 weeks depending on our availability.some times it take 48 to 84 weeks,we advice all our clients to read the terms and condition before Proceeding with our services.

Governing law and Jurisdiction  

These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
